Terms of Service
Effective July 28, 2026. These terms govern use of Upper Signal Command Center and its creator-authorized social publishing integrations.
Authorized use
Upper Signal Command Center is intended for authorized operators managing Upper Signal content and connected professional social accounts. Users must have the legal right to access each connected account and to upload, prepare, or publish the selected media.
Human-controlled publishing
Instagram publishing uses separate preparation and public-publish confirmations. TikTok delivery remains draft or inbox delivery unless a different platform-approved workflow is explicitly enabled. YouTube uploads and visibility changes remain governed by explicit operator authority. Users are responsible for reviewing the final media, caption, hashtags, disclosures, and audience settings before confirming any public post.
Content rights and platform rules
Users may not submit content they do not own or have permission to use. Users must comply with Meta, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, copyright, advertising, privacy, and other applicable rules. Upper Signal may block or remove workflows that appear unsafe, unauthorized, misleading, or noncompliant.
No guaranteed distribution or performance
Upper Signal does not guarantee approval by any platform, uninterrupted API access, post reach, engagement, revenue, ranking, or other platform outcome. Third-party platforms may change permissions, limits, review requirements, availability, or account status.
Security
Users must protect login credentials and must not disclose API secrets, access tokens, or private integration values. Suspected exposure should be reported and the affected secret or credential should be rotated promptly.
Suspension and disconnection
Access may be suspended to protect connected accounts, comply with platform requirements, investigate errors, or prevent unauthorized publishing. Users may disconnect supported integrations through the relevant platform settings and may request deletion through the data-deletion page.
Changes
These terms may be updated as Upper Signal Command Center, platform APIs, or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
