Privacy Policy
Effective July 28, 2026. This policy explains how Upper Signal Command Center handles information when an authorized creator connects a supported professional account and uses the system to prepare, deliver, or publish content.
Information we process
When an authorized creator connects Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube, Upper Signal may process the professional account identifier, username, display name, granted permissions, encrypted access credentials, connection-health records, operator confirmations, publishing job states, platform content identifiers, and delivery or publication receipts.
Upper Signal requests only the permissions required for the active creator-authorized workflow and does not expose platform credentials on public pages.
How information is used
- Authenticate and verify the connected professional account.
- Prepare approved videos, captions, hashtags, titles, and platform metadata.
- Deliver or publish content only through the platform-authorized workflow and required human confirmation.
- Refresh access credentials and monitor connection health.
- Keep security, compliance, approval, and publishing receipts.
- Measure content performance and improve future recommendations.
Storage and security
Access credentials are encrypted before storage. Operational data is limited to what is needed to run, secure, verify, and document the creator-authorized publishing workflow. Upper Signal does not sell connected-platform data or personal information.
Service providers and platform processing
Information may be processed by infrastructure providers used to operate Upper Signal Command Center and by the connected platform when the creator authorizes, uploads, prepares, delivers, publishes, or measures content. These providers process information according to their own terms and privacy obligations.
Retention
Connected-account credentials are retained while the creator keeps the integration active. Publishing and performance receipts may be retained for security, audit, troubleshooting, learning, and proof of human authorization. When a valid deletion request is received, connected credentials and account-link records are deleted or deactivated as applicable.
Your choices
The creator may disconnect an integration through the relevant platform settings. The creator may also request deletion through the Upper Signal data-deletion page. Platform-initiated deletion requests are processed through the supported verified callback workflow.
