Data Deletion
Upper Signal honors creator requests to remove Instagram-connected account data and encrypted credentials used by Mission Control.
Request through Instagram or Meta
Remove the Upper Signal app from the Apps and Websites area of the connected Instagram or Meta account and request deletion when the platform presents that option. Meta may send Upper Signal a signed deletion request. The callback deletes the connected-account record and its encrypted credentials, then returns a confirmation code and this status page.
Request directly
Email kingjaylyn@yahoo.com with the subject “Upper Signal Data Deletion Request.” Include the connected Instagram username and enough information to verify that you control the account. Do not email passwords, access tokens, or app secrets.
What is removed
- Encrypted Instagram access credentials held by Upper Signal Mission Control.
- The Instagram professional-account connection record and granted-scope snapshot.
- Account-link information associated with that connection.
Limited security or publishing records may be retained when necessary to document completed actions, prevent abuse, resolve disputes, or comply with legal obligations. Retained records do not include a usable Instagram access token after deletion.
